phttaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the request of regulatory authorities. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your phttaya account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
