Creating a phttaya account is quick and easy. Head over to the phttaya homepage and click the Sign Up button. You will need to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. After filling in your details, you will receive a one-time PIN (OTP) to verify your number. Once verified, complete your KYC by uploading a valid government-issued ID — a passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card all work. Your account will be reviewed and activated within a few hours. Remember, you must be at least 21 years old to register at phttaya.

phttaya requires at least one valid, government-issued photo ID for identity verification. Accepted documents include:
  • Philippine Passport
  • Driver's License (LTO)
  • SSS or UMID Card
  • PhilSys National ID
  • PRC ID or Voter's ID
Make sure the document is not expired and that all details are clearly visible. phttaya may also request a selfie holding your ID for additional verification. KYC is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.

No. phttaya strictly allows only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset option on the phttaya Login page or contact our support team.

Go to the phttaya Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address or mobile number linked to your account and you will receive a reset link or OTP. Follow the instructions to set a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered email or phone number, contact phttaya support at [email protected] for manual account recovery. For security, phttaya support will never ask for your password.

phttaya is primarily designed for Filipino players and operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, which applies to gaming activity within the Philippines. Players accessing phttaya from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction. phttaya reserves the right to restrict access from certain territories in compliance with applicable laws.

The minimum deposit at phttaya is ₱100 for most payment methods. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your phttaya account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though phttaya may apply transaction limits for security purposes.

Most deposits are credited instantly, but occasionally there may be a short delay due to payment gateway processing. If your deposit has not appeared within 30 minutes, please check the following:
  • Confirm that the transaction was successful on your GCash, PayMaya, or banking app
  • Make sure you used the correct phttaya account reference number
  • Check your phttaya transaction history under Account Settings
If the issue persists, contact phttaya support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

phttaya does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees. GCash and PayMaya typically do not charge fees for transfers to phttaya, but it is always a good idea to check your provider's current fee schedule. Over-the-counter payment channels like 7-Eleven or Cebuana may charge a small convenience fee per transaction.
Withdrawals & Payouts

phttaya processes most withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days after your KYC verification is complete. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest — many are credited within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to 3 business days depending on interbank processing times. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays are processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount at phttaya is ₱500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks. phttaya does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Always ensure your withdrawal account details are accurate — phttaya cannot be held responsible for funds sent to incorrect account numbers provided by the player.

A withdrawal may be placed on hold for several reasons:
  • Your KYC verification is incomplete or documents are still under review
  • You have an active bonus with an unmet wagering requirement
  • The withdrawal amount exceeds your current verified limit
  • Our security team has flagged the transaction for a routine review
If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 3 business days without explanation, please contact phttaya support at [email protected] with your withdrawal reference number.

For security and anti-money laundering compliance, phttaya generally requires withdrawals to be made to the same account used for deposits. If you need to withdraw to a different account — for example, if your GCash number has changed — please contact our support team in advance. Yes, you can forfeit an active bonus from your phttaya account settings under the Bonuses section. Please note that forfeiting a bonus will also remove any winnings generated from that bonus. Once a bonus is forfeited, it cannot be reinstated.
